• Chat data: Messages (for moderation and history)
• Payment data: Processed by Stripe — we do not store card details

• To provide and maintain the chat service
• To moderate content and enforce community guidelines
• To process payments and manage subscriptions
• To prevent abuse (IP banning, strike system)
• To improve the platform

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL). Chat messages are stored for history functionality. You can request deletion of your data at any time.

4. Third-Party Services

• Supabase: Database and authentication
• Stripe: Payment processing
• OpenAI: Content moderation and AI chat (messages are processed but not stored by OpenAI)
• Google AdSense: Advertising (may set cookies)

5. Cookies

We use cookies for authentication (Supabase session) and preferences (theme). Third-party advertisers may also set cookies.

6. Anonymity

Guest users are identified by temporary IDs. Registered users' emails are not shared with other users. Your IP address is visible only to administrators.

7. Data Deletion

Registered users can delete their account from the Settings page. This permanently removes all associated data. Guest data is automatically cleaned up.

8. Children

AnonymouX Space is for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of changes.
